All UTV guided tours take place on private off-road property, located at 605 Stockton Dr, Sevierville, TN 37876. The trails are designed specifically for a safe, fun, and scenic experience — no public roads or traffic. Our guests follow a guide through a variety of terrains, including wooded paths, open fields, and gentle hills, all within our private land.

If you cancel 72 hours before your scheduled rental, you will receive a full refund.

Between 24 to 72 hours there is a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued if cancelled less than 24 hours before the rental time.

Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome to join our UTV guided tours. For everyone’s safety, pets must remain secured inside the vehicle at all times, and owners are responsible for their care and behavior during the ride.

We recommend bringing a blanket to prevent any damages(scratches, bite marks, accidents, etc).

You can park your vehicle at our location free of charge.

Yes! We have a small fleet of UTVs, so reservations are strongly recommended to guarantee your spot on the guided tour. Walk-ups may be accommodated if vehicles are available, but booking in advance ensures your family or group can join the adventure at your preferred time.

We offer UTVs in 2-seat, 4-seat, and 6-seat models to accommodate different group sizes.

Yes, the maximum weight capacity that these machines can hold is 900 lbs, which includes all passengers and additional cargo.
